I’m a student of Finance and Accounting at University of Warsaw, Management Faculty. I like traveling as well as getting know different cultures and customs. I’ve already have some experience with working for the big companies, but still looking for my professional path to follow.

The possibility to learn from experienced top managers, to take part in their daily routine  and to see how they manage in fast changing business environment  motivated me to take part in Shadowing Across the Borders Program.

The Shadowing managers across the borders program brought me to the middle size company called Bookassist. This company deliver and manage booking engines to hotels as well as others products helping hotels grow their businesses. During my first days I was introduced to the company, its activities and tools used there – in general I was put into training program which is designed for account managers. My daily tasks covered preparing hotels reviews and reporting my research to the manager as well as participating in the meetings, scheduling weekly and daily tasks. I had also chance to see how employees are being examined to get new qualifications.

To sum up, I really enjoyed my time during internship. I think I have learned a lot, could test my skills and abilities.
