Woman for Women – find/ offer a job

Are you a mother on maternity leave, who does not want to completely enclose your world with diapers and push your career in the back burner?

Expert working portal dedicated to Women – – introduced a new totally unique service for women, „woman for women“. Its goal is to revive the labor market by offering jobs and support women to find a flexible source of extra income.

Women on the new portal can not only look for a work but also offer one free. Team wants to allow women to earn some money, and facilitate the provision of professional assistance in their homes. Women may offer brigades each other, mainly related to household cleaning, babysitting, delivery buying or baking a birthday cake and other sweets.

„We have responded with more flexible activity to the results of the October questionnaire survey among candidates of our portal, where 69 % of the surveyed users were looking for more flexibility in time, and more than half wanted to earn extra money,“ says Petra Janíčková, founder of the portal The situation of employing women on maternity leave is especially complicated, but through this, the project is trying to improve situation so that the job opportunities are accessible to all women.

To add, Iva Petříčková, Executive Director of Business Leaders Forum (a platform for socially responsible company), said: „Housework is a real profession that requires time, talent, effort and enthusiasm. When a family decided to receive help of another woman for smooth running of the household, there is no reason to perceive this as a failure for spouses to stand up for their duties, but as a wise investment in family welfare. In addition, the Ministry of Women is helping women individually to get a job or an occasional sideline.“

Brigade project Woman for Women represents another pillar of that helps women find work, implement and teach others and be themselves in a special education program.
